【生地特徴】
1940年代のデニムを参考に、岡本テキスタイルにて製織した濃色ヘビーオンスセルビッチデニムです。
米綿とオーストラリア綿をミックスし、当時のムラ感、風合いを表現しています。
サンフォライズ（防縮加工）は、していません。
生地を織り上げたままのデニム、生機（キバタ）となります。
そのため、洗濯によって大きく縮み、ねじれが発生します。
予めご了承ください。
【生地規格】
・綿花：米綿とオーストリア綿の混綿
・ムラ形状：自然ムラに近い形状を再現
・染料：インディゴ染料100％
・染色方法：ロープ染色
・オンス：14.0oz（生機）
・生地幅：約80㎝～82cm幅 ※場所によってブレはあります。
※ウォッシュをかけると、ウェイトは14oz前後になり、生地幅は77cm前後に縮みます。
濃色インディゴロープ染色の為、使えば使うほどメリハリのある味わいの表情になります。
【ATTENTION】
力織機を使い、昔の生地を忠実に再現しているため、生地に若干の飛び込み（織りの不安定な場所や、フシ、織糸の結び目など）を含む場合がございます。
これは不良ではなくヴィンテージの風合いとしてご了承ください。

Fabric Characteristics.
This is a dark-colored heavy-weight selvedge denim produced by Okamoto Textile with reference to 1940s denim.
The mix of American and Australian cotton expresses the unevenness and texture of those days.
This denim is not sanforized (shrink-proofed), and is made on a raw denim, which means that the denim is woven as it is.
Therefore, the denim will shrink and twist when washed.
Please understand this beforehand.
Fabric Specifications
Cotton: Mixture of rice cotton and Austrian cotton
Unevenness shape: Reproduces a shape close to natural unevenness.
Dye: 100% indigo dye
Dyeing method: Rope dyeing
Ounce: 14.0 oz (raw denim)
Fabric width: Approx. 80 cm to 82 cm wide *Weight fluctuation may occur depending on the location.
*When washed, the weight will be around 14oz and the fabric width will shrink to around 77cm.
The darker the indigo rope dyeing, the more it is used, the more it will have a rich and full-bodied look.
ATTENTION
Because we use power looms to faithfully reproduce old fabrics, the fabric may contain a few jumps (unstable weave, fringes, knots in the woven threads, etc.).
Please note that this is not a defect but a vintage texture.
