【生地特徴】
特濃色の1940年代のデニムを参考に制作した濃紺ヘビーオンスセルビッチデニムです。
米綿とオーストラリア綿をミックスし、当時のムラ感、風合いを表現しています。
当時は、防縮加工技術も確立されていたため、この生地も防縮加工（サンフォライズド加工）をしています。

【生地規格】
・綿花：米綿とオーストリア綿の混綿
・ムラ形状：自然ムラに近い形状を再現
・染料：インディゴ染料100％
・染色方法：ロープ染色
・オンス：16.3oz（サンフォライズ加工）
・生地幅：約76㎝～78cm幅　※場所によってブレはあります。
防縮加工（サンフォライズド）により強制的に収縮をさせ、生地の縮率を2%～3%にしています。
濃色インディゴロープ染色の為、使えば使うほどメリハリのある味わいの表情になります。

【ATTENTION】
力織機を使い、昔の生地を忠実に再現しているため、生地に若干の飛び込み（織りの不安定な場所や、フシ、織糸の結び目など）を含む場合がございます。
これは不良ではなくヴィンテージの風合いとしてご了承ください。

Fabric Characteristics.
This is a dark blue heavy-weight selvedge denim produced with reference to the extra dark-colored denim of the 1940s.
The mix of American cotton and Australian cotton expresses the unevenness and texture of those days.
The fabric has been treated with a shrink-proofing process (Sanfolized), as shrink-proofing technology was well established at that time.

Cotton: Mixture of American and Austrian cotton
Unevenness: Reproduction of a shape close to natural unevenness
Dye: 100% indigo dye
Dyeing method: Rope dyeing
Ounce: 16.3oz (Sanforized)
Fabric width: Approx. 76cm-78cm *Width may vary depending on location.
Shrinkage-proofing process (Sanforized) is used to force shrinkage and reduce the fabric's shrinkage rate to 2% to 3%.
The darker the indigo rope dyeing, the more it is used, the more it will have a rich and full-bodied look.

ATTENTION
Because we use power looms to faithfully reproduce old fabrics, the fabric may contain a few jumps (unstable weave, fringes, knots in the woven threads, etc.).
Please note that this is not a defect but a vintage texture.
