【生地特徴】
綿実を含んだ綿100%の自然な風合い。
縦糸16番手横糸16番手でしっかりと織りこまれたスレーキ。
サンフォライズド加工（防縮加工）をかけておらず、生地を織り上げたままのスレーキ、生機（キバタ）となります。
サンフォライズド加工の9Aスレーキは仕上げ時に硬加工を施しているため、生機のほうがふんわりと柔らかい質感で、色も若干濃い生成り色となります。
そのため、洗濯によって大きく縮み(縮率8～10％程)、ねじれが発生します。
生機のセルビッチデニムで作られるジーンズに使用していただき、よりヴィンテージの再現性を高めた製品を作っていただけます。
ジーンズのポケット袋布などの副資材としてはもちろん、ジャケットの裏地として等にも重宝する名脇役的な存在の生地です。

Fabric Characteristics.
Natural texture of 100% cotton with cotton seeds.
This sleek is tightly woven with 16 count warp and 16 count weft yarns.
The fabric is not treated with Sanforized (shrink-proofing), and the slacks are raw (kibata), meaning that the fabric is woven as it is.
Therefore, the fabric shrinks greatly (shrinkage rate of about 8-10%) and twists when washed.
Sanforized 9A sleek is hardened during the finishing process, so Raw 9A sleek is softer texture and a slightly darker ecru than Sanforized 9A sleek.
This product can be used for jeans made with raw selvedge denim to produce more vintage reproductions.
It is also useful as a lining for jackets and as a side material for pockets of jeans.
